Lorraine has over 15 years of experience in leadership, training, and development. She founded her first company in 2013, helping thousands of students worldwide improve their English language skills. Through one-to-one tuition and personalized coaching, she developed a global network of learners, empowering them with business and exam preparation skills. Lorraine also developed an app to extend her reach and help more learners worldwide.
Her entrepreneurial spirit has also driven her to raise more than £10,000 for various charitable organizations. Lorraine is deeply committed to empowering women and young people and is passionate about striving for equality in education.
Her experience led to her being hired to set up an English training centre in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, for NEOM. Now, as the Managing Director of Bridge to Excellence (Jassour), Lorraine is leading the charge in transforming professional development across Saudi Arabia, creating tailored training solutions for individuals and organizations alike.

Dr Gad has over 15 years of experience in strategic projects in the water, environmental, and energy sectors across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East, including water resources management, groundwater monitoring, contamination studies, and AI solutions for flood modeling and geothermal energy.
As the CEO of Technical Development Solutions (TDS), a leading company under the Al Mousa Group, Dr. Gad has led numerous international projects in groundwater exploration using drone-based systems, integrated water monitoring assessments, and the development of the National Guide for Surface Water and Groundwater Quality Monitoring. He has also conducted studies on contamination and saltwater intrusion across countries like Saudi Arabia, UAE, Finland, France, and the US. Dr. Gad has also worked on cutting-edge projects related to aquifer storage, CO2 sequestration, lithium exploration, and geothermal energy and he is dedicated to leveraging innovative technology to address water scarcity, climate change, and environmental protection.

Dr. Nasser Abdullah Al Mousa
Dr. Nasser is the Chairman of the Al-Mousa Group in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Holding a PhD in Environmental Science, Dr Al Mousa is leading the Al-Mousa Group with his extensive experience in the fields of water and environment.
Eng. Majed Bin Talhah
Eng. Bin Talhah is one of the Al-Mousa Group Board Members and the General Manager of TDS. He has more than 30 years broad experience in all water and environmental projects.
